Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all tags included, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately after receipt and completion of installation. Contact us without delay if the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have and, once the return is approved and processed, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected the returned item, letting you know whether the refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the amount will be transferred to your bank account within 10 business days.
