Shipping and Installation Policy

1. Coverage Area

Deliveries and installation services are available exclusively within the Republic of Moldova.

Note: At this time, we do not offer deliveries or services to European Union (EU) countries or other international regions.

2. Processing and Delivery Time

Delivery time: The product will be delivered within 1–2 business days.

Processing condition: The delivery period is calculated from the moment of confirmation and receipt of the agreed advance payment.

For orders confirmed on weekends or public holidays, processing and delivery planning will begin on the next business day.

3. Delivery and Installation on the Same Day

To ensure you an optimal experience and quick commissioning of the equipment:

Delivery and installation will be carried out on the same day. * Our technical team will travel to your specified location to hand over the product and perform the complete on-site installation.

4. Delivery Costs

Free Delivery: All deliveries within the Republic of Moldova, including the team's travel for installation, are completely free (0 MDL), with no hidden costs.

5. Visit Scheduling

After the advance payment is received, a consultant will contact you by phone to mutually agree on the day and time window when our team will come to you for delivery and installation.

6. Support and Complaints

If there are changes in your schedule or you encounter any problems with the equipment's operation after installation, please contact us within 48 hours of the completion of the installation.
